柿をジューサーでペースト状にし、スクウェア・ワンを加えて弱火で煮る。好みのトロトロ加減になったら熟いうちにグラスに注ぎ、シナモンを少々、ふりかけ
ます。
秋に熟す柿英語では「ペルシモン（Persimmon）」。そこから「ペルシュエイション(Persuasion)=説得」に連想
を働かせて、その延長で「ペル酒エイション」という、人々をアツクうなづかせてしまうようなホット・カクテルを作りました。小布施ッションは異業種・異人同士のすてきな出会いの場。合わなそうで合う、会えなそうで会う・・・・・・そんな思いをこのカクテルに込めて乾杯！

Puree the persimmon in a blender,
add the Square One and simmer over low heat. When the
micture reaches the desired consistency, pour into a glass
while hot and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Persimmons are one of Japan's typical autumn fruits. Word-association
recalls "persuasion," a name that's completed,
like this month's hot cocktail, with the addition of sake
(in the form of the syllable syu, another way to read
the character for sake). The Obusession is a forum where
diverse people from disparate fields come together in
unexpected ways. A toast to a blending of differences! |
